DAILY TRIVIA DIVE

The Krillion game

Seven prompts. Twenty-five seconds each. One shared set for the whole world, every day. The Krillion game is the daily trivia dive that pays depth: the answer everyone blurts out barely scores, and the rare answer that still fits sinks you toward the trench.

The official Krillion game does not allow other sites to embed it, so it opens in a new tab, straight from the source. It is free and needs no account.

How the standard daily game works

Every prompt opens with a short preview, then a 25-second window. You type one answer that fits — no multiple choice, no list to tap. If the game does not recognize your spelling, you can try again while the clock runs. Only the answer standing when time expires is scored.

Accepted answers land on a rarity ladder: Plankton 10, Too Clever 15, Schooler 30, Rare 60, Deep Cut 85, and One in a Krillion 100. Depth is your score turned into meters — a perfect daily card reaches 7,000 meters, and almost nobody prints one. That is the point: the familiar answer is supposed to feel easy and pay poorly.

The set changes at midnight in New York, and everyone plays the same seven prompts. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay, on the original site or here.

This page describes the original. PlayTeal keeps an independent, fan-made tribute of the same dive — the daily Krillion game — with the tiers intact and a dive report built for sharing without spoilers.

Want more than one dive a day? Krillion Unlimited has no daily cap: endless runs of up to 50 prompts with three lives. There is also an AI mode where an AI judge reads your answers, and themed packs for movies, sports, geography, and lexicon. The scoring guide explains every tier.

Krillion game questions

The original daily dive runs on krillion.io — the button above opens it in a new tab. PlayTeal also hosts an independent, fan-made version with the same rules, plus themed packs and an unlimited mode.

Is the Krillion game free?

Yes. The original game plays free in the browser with no download. This page’s fan-made version is free too, and neither needs an account.

What are the seven prompts?

Each daily set has seven short prompts — name a thing that fits. Everyone playing that date gets the same seven, which is what makes comparing scores fair.

How is a rare answer scored?

Accepted answers land on a six-tier ladder from Plankton (10 points) up to One in a Krillion (100 points). The scoring guide on this site explains every tier without spoiling any daily set.

Is this page the official Krillion site?

No. PlayTeal is independent. Krillion on PlayTeal is a fan-made tribute and is not affiliated with krillion.io — the official game is linked above.
