How Krillion AI plays
Each of the seven prompts asks you to name something that fits — a broad, everyday category, the kind of prompt where fifty correct answers exist and everyone is holding a different one. You get a preview, then 25 seconds to type. Press Enter and the judge reads your answer on meaning, not on a lookup table.
That changes what a “hit” feels like. In the daily dive, an answer is in the bank or it is not. Here, a regional word, a specific breed, or an oddly precise term can all land — and when a guess does not fit, the judge tells you why instead of blinking at you. Rejected guesses still cost nothing while the clock runs, so keep trying until time expires.
Scoring is the ladder you know: Plankton 10, Too Clever 15, Schooler 30, Rare 60, Deep Cut 85, One in a Krillion 100. The obvious example floats; the specific, defensible one sinks. The scoring guide explains every tier.
When to play AI mode
AI mode is the practice ocean with a referee. The daily dive stays the shared ritual — one set, everyone comparing. Krillion Unlimited gives you endless bank-drawn runs. AI mode sits between them: original prompts you will not see in the daily sets, judged on meaning, so it is a fair warm-up that never burns a daily answer you might want to save.
It runs on the same page as the daily game — press the AI mode button, or start right from the button above. Your AI run is saved separately from your daily log, so finishing one never overwrites the other.
Krillion AI questions
What is Krillion AI mode?
It is the AI-judged version of the dive. Seven prompts come from a dedicated AI bank, and instead of checking a fixed answer list, an AI judge reads what you typed and decides whether — and how deeply — it fits the prompt.
How is AI mode different from the daily dive?
The daily dive grades answers against a curated bank: your word is either in it or not. AI mode judges meaning, so phrasing, spellings, and unusual-but-correct answers can still land — the judge explains itself when a guess does not fit.
How long is a run and how is it scored?
A run is seven prompts with 25 seconds each, scored on the same six-tier rarity ladder as the daily game — Plankton 10 up to One in a Krillion 100.
Is Krillion AI free?
Yes. AI mode plays free in your browser from the daily game page. There is no payment, no download, and no account.
Can I resume an AI run?
Yes. If you surface mid-run, the AI mode button on the daily game page becomes Resume, and your run keeps its original prompts and clock.
Is this an official Krillion mode?
No. Krillion on PlayTeal is an independent, fan-made tribute and is not affiliated with krillion.io. The AI prompts are original to this version and are not taken from the daily or unlimited banks.
